Who would like my rain? Up in 'sunny' west of Scotland, and looking at tomorrow's forecast it will be raining from 6am all day long.... currently grabbing towels and bedlinen in the hope of at least today to get them drying outside.

Not the best photos I'm afraid but it seems my eryngiums have become a bee and breakfast - over a dozen on each plant. P1050154.JPG P1050281.JPG

If I remember correctly "Jos Eijking" - they are an amazing plant dying away completely in winter and just when you doubt they will come back up they pop.

Totally agree.....I have a small group of them but want more. Had a variegated form too, Jade Frost, which was superb but not reliably perennial. Fascinating spikey foliage and colour :)
