I haven't been overly impressed with the seeds I bought from them the last time - quite a high failure rate :noidea:

1.86 for 7 packets of seeds including p+p is not a great loss if they don't germinate.. my cupani sweet peas had high germination rate and wild rocket.. can't remember what else I bought last time

It's a huge loss if it's then too late in the season to some more from another source and start all over again, and havevto wait until thenfollowing year.

The last offer, that has attracted ctiticism of a high failure rate, was in February so assuming those were seeds for sowing in 2017, and will be the same as those on offer now, any bought at this time of year might not be sown until 2018 and may well have an even higher failure rate.

P.S. what's the UBDs like on their 1p offer seeds?

Haven't got any packets of the 1p seeds at home but I do have cerinthe and ricinus communis which all germinated and have the sow by June 2018.

I remember buying Anaheim chilli seeds at 1p which germinated quiet tidy too.

                      Edit: bloody predictive text

I can't say whether the 1p bargain seed packs are poor for germination, but this year I have bought a few packs from Seed Parade as a test run because they was fairly priced, and my pea waverex, borlottis and cucamelons have all done very well. So I will be keeping my lookers peeled for future flash sales.

@Linz do you get an email notification of the flash sale, or have you came across the sales by fluke?

You may have @Linz because as I said, I've bought off them before and never had a heads up via email of a sale. I'll go and have a look now. Thank you
