between everyone on here we should be able to spot a bargain when it lands! It's a fair way out of the way for me to get to a Wilko so a bit of advance notice would be welcome! Perhaps next Thursday?

Same here I have been trying to get there at least once every week. Waiting Impatiently for the seeds. Spoke to the lady again and she said between next week and the end of the month for reductions of seeds. Awwww :-( like you @Linz I missed out last year we will succeed this year lol :Wino::snorky:

Called at my Wilkos today, a few pots and seed trays reduced, not much else still got hanging baskets and liners, got 3 coir liners 15p each, always come in somehow, and this little thermometer, £2 half price I think, like the style, had one of the electronic ones a couple of years ago, didn`t survive a winter. [IMG]p,s, only just realised, senior moment :old:, it spins and you can have c or f, did notice when attaching just outside back door it was f, not realising I had moved it round :wallbanging:

Scones and chocolate muffins, nice @pamsdish ;)

Went in mine earlier.. booger all reduced except a few foliage plants with no names and orchid feed/lawn feed and mice/ant bait. All student stuff has now moved in, measuring jugs 35p, handy keeping one or 2 in the garden/shed/poly/allotment for measuring out feeds etc.

(In case you miss the Asda thread, BBQs are half price there, think a 3 burner gas one was £37.50 if I remember correctly)

They have always been a bargain, have loads for homebrew, pouring pressed/steamed juice into bottles prior to pasturising, diluting Glyphosate, mixing Bordeaux mixture, filling dog water bowls, etc., etc.

Always get a couple of measuring jugs, missed them today, relegate the getting stained ones for "other" uses.

After reducing their smaller sizes of pots, then increasing prices, my local Wilkos must have knocked them right down again, as this morning they had completely disappeared apart from a few packs of pot saucers at 10p/pack :rolleyespink:

No compost or canes reduced yet.

And no seed reductions yet, but would expect to see them initially reduced by 50%, then 75%, hopefully with the 3 for 2 multi-save working in conjunction with the reduction to really get the price down.

Were the own brand metal arches and obelisks always £4? I don't think the arches are sufficiently sturdy but have bought 2 obelisks.

Still full price in the one I went to yesterday (Wed), but there's been a lot of variation between stores. They had push lawnmowers for less than £8, I bought some coir basket liners @ 15p each, and all their small pots had been reduced to pennies but only a few were left.
