Here in the garden of England it has been questionable and a little wet.I am trying to conserve all the water I can for the last 3 weeks of this month as we will need all the water we can get in this phenomenal dry and very hot weather part of August.let our cups runneth over with optimism and lets change our perception how we think when we get a little rain sometimes:lunapic 130165696578242 5::blue thumb:

I'm happy with "a little" ... but, to keep it in context ... it was a LOT of rain, in a LITTLE bit of time :heehee: My cup didn't runneth over (I'd taken my tea inside) .. but, by golly, the gutters did :heehee:

Yesterday a mate of mine recorded 49mm of rain from 1pm up until 8am this morning.
I live about 10 miles away, if that, and only got 14mm.

Today has been dull, damp, cold and miserable with patchy drizzle.

          Sun came out around 5.30pm.

          17C max.
Roll on winter, ..........or is it here already?

Pretty rubbish in Lincolnshire though it has at least been dry.

A mild night and by 6.30 a.m. the cat from down the road was sunbathing on the top shelf in our greenhouse (he has his own piece of carpet on the shelf  :cat-kittyandsmiley:).
