      Yes WO....perfect:)
      Echinaceas do need supplementary watering if it gets too dry.....
      If you can add some compost or dried manure to the planting mix they will thank you for it :)

        Took some Laurel cuttings - can't afford to buy ready grown plants any more retiring next week - did I mention this before? ;).

        3 cuttings per pot - my idea being, if some fail then that's OK.

            Just finished two hours of mowing and I'm melting. The weather station tells me it's 75F (25C) but it's a lot hotter in the sun. :phew:

              It's hot here too. There is a nice cooling breeze though that's keeping it pleasant. Saying that , things are getting blown around which is a bit of a pain in he bum.

                @Jack Sparrow

                I like your cat avery :). I would like something similar for Dimitris cat. At present he has part of the rabbits run, but its all on one level and not very interesting for him.

                  Hi @luciusmaximus Ours is not that interesting just yet. At the moment she has a perch in the sun and a 2 tiered rabbit hutch for shelter. We started off with a big indoor cat tree I got cheap from Gumtree. Unfortunately as I haven't been in a position to fit a roof, the tree got soaked in the recent storms. I am hoping one day to be able to kit out properly with ramps and shelves. A swing and a roundabout might be good too. :snorky:

                    Just picked 31lb of runners, 2lb Blue Lake French, 1lb yellow French and 3lb Bridgwater French (thanks @Zigs ). I need to add those to the last two day's pickings, bag and weigh them ready for sale tomorrow. :blue thumb:

                    Oh! :doh: Picked 10lb of rhubarb (for sale) and a giant bowl of blackberries (mucky job!).

                            Cut front and back lawns, fed plants in pots (got too many; always mean to grow less in pots yet I have more now than ever!!! :noidea:) and picked beans, now a daily task.

                              Not quite in the garden but coming from it.

                              Mrs Shiney entered the local horticultural show and did well (as usual). I think she entered 23 categories and got 9 firsts, 7 seconds, 3 thirds and won the Rose Bowl for the most points in 'plants and flowers classes' and the RHS Banksian Medal for the highest number of points in all horticultural classes. :dbgrtmb:

                                Today I finished clearing the front flower bed ready for spring bulb planting. As expected I uncovered the snowdrop bulbs that I had put there a few years back. I wasn't expecting there to be so many. After a while I gave up picking them out.

                                I've put them in the pot for safe keeping. I guess this means I have enough bulbs to scatter around the garden without having to buy anymore. :hapydancsmil:
