Funnily enough, someone/something scooped the cream off the top and from the side of one of ours when I was picking the youngest up from school, I blamed the eldest and she blamed the cat!

Being a tourist area, you never know when something will sell. Thankfully buying/selling is a doddle. When an offer is accepted, a deposit (often 10%) is made by the Buyer to the Seller and a Promissory Contract signed. This is binding. If the Buyer backs out, the Seller keeps the deposit. However, if the Seller backs out, the Seller must double the deposit back to the Buyer. Deals go through quickly to Completion and gazumping does not exist (except perhaps a higher offer may be accepted before Contract). Assuming you can get your searches, electricity certifications, etc, done promptly, the whole deal can be completed in weeks. Moving date is agreed between Seller and Buyer.

Caravans are instant sales ... pay your money and take over site fees, simplz! Just a simple Bill of Sale is in order.

just finished having a last wander around the garden ...I really, really LUV the light at this time of the year ...as its just touching and glimpsing on the wonderful Autumn reds, yellows, and orange tones of the plants that are putting on their final show before Winter comes a calling... how can you fail not to find beauty and cheer - enjoy and embrace these days everyone, as they are our lasting impressions of the year

 

Promise I will work hard this winter equal the amount of time I am on facebook to the same amount of time husband is watching hockey and football. Just trying to keep equality alive. Facebook time so behind.
