    Yesterday's strong wind upgraded to gale force overnight and stripped the trees of a fair amount of leaves. I'll be out there with a rake tomorrow. :doh:

    Today has been breezy with a good amount of sunshine, also a tad warmer than yesterday 13C/55F. :SUNsmile:

      Another cloudy skies day with a hint of drizzle, winds getting up to 8mph and a top temperature of 57f. So, it's remained dry but cool all day, while the temperature right now is 56f and a pressure reading of 1002hpa.:coffee::snorky:

          It's [hpa] is just what they called millibars on the Weather Charts, lori, in the UK. But now they seemed to just show the pressure lines and and don't mention anything other than "Lows" and "Highs":snorky:

              Mostly blue skies today with some clouds intruding every now and then. The temperature never got above 53f, but with very little breeze it didn't feel cold. So, at the moment, the skies are almost cloud free, the Moon is out though not quite full, the temperature is 43f, [with a good chance it will drop further, and the pressure is 1008hpa. The Observatory is powered up and ready to go so guess what I'll be doing tonight.........

                The weather has been kind again today. Very still with plenty of sunshine, a blue sky and just a few clouds. 12C/54F

                  The temperature has dropped to 36f so I'm wearing a thick fleece, bodywarmer, woolly hat, thick jeans, and thermal boots.......it's cold!!:hate-shocked::heehee:

                            Frost last night (not the night before) Greenhouse went down to 1.8c!, not wrapped or heated yet.

                              Went down to 2.2 deg C in the garden this morning, not our first frost this autumn as we had a similar one at the end of September

                                At around midnight last night the temperature was 34f, by 2am it had dropped to 31f and then at 5am it was 30f. There was no frost on the ground in the morning, perhaps because the air was dry, and there were blue skies and sunshine for most of the day. Cloud has now arrived:doh: so the Observatory, although powered up, will probably not be used tonight.:dunno:
                                At the moment the temperature is 44f and the pressure reading is 1009hpa:coffee::snorky:
