My cousin from Edmonton is visiting me for a bit and today we will be going over the border to do a little bit of window shopping in New York. A good day to spend a rainy day. Being indoors and shopping

Morning all. woke up to the sound of rain. coffee good. baking my caramelized onion cheddar cheese quiche this morning for the office party later today, it can stay in room temp and be fine for later.
then when I get home, make my pecan pie for tomorrow. and start on the stuffing.

Good day everyone
It is another windy day. My cousin and I went over to the US yesterday and whilst there I decided to fill the van with petrol because their price is 30% less than ours. The wind was so strong that one of the gusts knocked me against the side of the van. If I hadn't been pumping gas and been out in the parking lot, it would surely have knocked me to the pavement! And looking out, it looks just as nasty. Good day to stay indoors.
