        @Fat Controller your soup recipes sounds delicious. I'm going to try it next time I make soup. I like homemade soup, especially in cold weather.

            Off to work shortly and, as is the way on a Tuesday, no doubt it will be a late finish! :rolleyes: The family have been told there is no way the Christmas Tree will be going up today, but they are not to make *any* arrangements for tomorrow :nonofinger: because I'll need all hands on deck to get stuff out of the loft and help decorate for the Season [​IMG] Thankfully we are all off tomorrow :heehee: :thumbsup:

              Good day everyone
              I've got to get into high gear today. Got clients coming around to drop off fabric and others to pick up finished goods. Got the sewing machine (6 week old industrial) repair guy coming this morning - was no happy about a new machine becoming completely inoperable! And I go to see my wine guy to pick up some cheer. Got him peanut butter filled pretzels as a gift - he loves those things. :)

              I don't need to worry about keeping my energies levels up to deal with the holiday work because I now have plenty of christmas cake to stoke the furnace ;)

              It's good that I have lots of work to do inside because there are high winds howling out there.

                Tuesday. Just some reports today for work and meeting with some new staff later today, it keeps going. Party last night was wonderful, lots of Christmas singing, we had an entertainer with his guitar etc.

                            Aloha everyone,

                            I got a lot done in the garden yesterday. A few hours of pressure hosing the patio as it had accumulated lots of mud and dirt over the year. Underneath that the Wet and Forget had still been doing its work on the algae and lichen but now needs its annual spraying. I only got half the area sprayed due to encroaching darkness and an interfering cat. :doh: @"M" I think that Echo has been watching from on high and been training Sarafi. He has never head butted before but kept head butting the sprayer and, sometimes, my leg. :rolleyespink:

                            This morning I have to plough through the pile of paperwork on my desk as our treasurer is back from his driving tour (six weeks) of Chile and wants an accounting, and the money, from the tournament I ran. I have sought for it amongst the pile where I thought it was but it wasn't there. So I ought to find it in one of the other piles. Searching, so far, hasn't brought it to the surface but it ought to be somewhere on my desk. There's nought for it but to try my doughtiest before I become overwrought. Methought I only had used 'ough' ten times in this paragraph but having now written this last sentence (cough, cough :heehee:) a thorough count has made a breakthrough in the numbers and found that my rough count was nowhere near sufficient - although, if I slough off my preconceived ideas I have managed enough of them to more than double the aforethought number. :snorky:
