After some persuasion from forum members, I planted a couple of hellebores back in November - I take it all back, they're stunning :snorky:

    Camellia is also flowering:

Are indoor bulbs allowed? Here are my hyacinths in glasses on the kitchen windowsill, and you can at least see the back garden through the window! Spotted a couple of snowdrops in flower out there this morning but too cold a wind is blowing to go and photograph those.

The hyacinths are a multiflora variety called Anastasia, new to me and I am pleased with how they have turned out - even if the one to the right is lagging behind a bit. They have a slight fragrance, not nearly as strong as say Delft Blue - which I actually find a bit too much in a kitchen!

Incidentally they were not bought as prepared for forcing, just ordinary ones from Lidl which I then stuck in the veg drawer of the fridge for a couple of months.

@Gail_68 they look good when the sun is shining through them :blue thumb: With a bit of luck we may have some ready for sale on Open Day (can't remember whether we have already potted some up, so will have to have a search round).

You'll have to come down on Open Day and meet some of the GC gang. A lot of the nutters will be here :snorky:
