              Here they are again.
              Bramblings, here for the winter, unfortunately we don't see the males in the summer plumage with a completely black head as they return to mainland Europe to breed in March.

                              A very distant pic of a Great Grey Shrike at Wareham forest half a mile away from home. A very wary bird and easily disturbed so I kept my distance!
