I shall let you know! My most fragrant rose is "Queen Elizabeth" and I've got my fingers crossed that it will recover from last Autumns transplant. Other than that, it will need to be the rosa rugosa "Alba" (although those blooms seem to only last a day and its a bit ask for it to bloom so many at once to make the jam )
