I'm loving your enthusiasm  have you got any fleece to lay over them for next week? It's going to be cold so don't loose them now:blue thumb:
Get them off the ground if you can, on bricks, upturned pots etc, and if possible keep them frost free:blue thumb:
I'm only presuming here, btw, your little babies are tender annuals ? Even if they're hardy annuals I'd protect them these next couple of weeks :blue thumb:

Thanks Loki, there already of the floor the GH floor is a floating floor, ive only just put the seeds in, i presumed they would only germinate when it warms up, i had no intention of putting a fleece on them i thought the GH would be good enough :dunno:?

Where would gardeners be without plastic Trugs , they have 101 uses in the garden :blue thumb:
Good find @Clare G , that will be a nice plant by July with a little TLC .

Hardy annuals should be fine:) just watch out for the hha ,half hardy annuals annuals, if unsure cover them overnight . Fleece is cheap, old sheets are cheaper :snorky: just uncover them in the morning

Well someone will have to correct me if i am wrong  this is how i see it :snorky:,

I have mainly hardy annual seeds but not all in the GH they was only put in recently some a few days ago some yesterday some today, there is no sign of germination at all,

Being a total novice my head is telling me the seeds will only germinate when there warm enough so don't fleece unless i see signs of germination ?

I was out at Bakewell today, i could have brought this chap back with me i was wondering why he was laughing at me :wallbanging:.

Hardy annuals will germinate eventually :blue thumb:
Half hardy annuals won't like frost. Might germinate.
                        Tender annuals :mute:
                        I wish you luck

Thank you Loki, so the frost will/can kill the seeds on tender/half hardy annuals.

Hmmm, I hate to say this, Martin, but most seeds need a little TLC and leaving them outside while waiting for some warmth will probably end up with most of them not germinating. I very rarely sow seeds in my borders as the success rate is low. Some plants in my borders do self seed but they're usually the prolific seeders that can be a pain.
I'll probably end up sowing 40 to 50 trays, not counting the Tomatoes, and those actually go into one of my South Facing Bedrooms in heated and non heated Propagators where I get, as near as damn it, 100% germination in a light, unheated room. They then go into the Green House to grow on.
Some seeds need cold and then warmth and normally the seeds are kept in a fridge for about 3 months in a method called Stratification and then sown.
But if you don't try then you won't know:dunno::snorky: I've learnt more from my many failures than I have my successes!!:heehee:

@martin-f I know this is abit different from Greenhouses but up the garden centre the other day I spoke with one of their staff and on about plants, she said with low freezing nights anything you think it may affect fleece it, I said we got none ...so I would take @Loki advice:)

I understand how plants grow and how to speed up the process :dbgrtmb:,

As i see it, what im doing i will get some success but not as much as a heater and tendering to them,

                                Like i said early on
i will get some success for sure:hapydancsmil:but time will tell  i will report back what comes up without a fleece :).
