I believe sun flower hearts are in all feeders, as mentioned the bullies only like to feed from the special feeder designed for there beaks,

The one on the right is not feeding its waiting its turn for a bit that's left in the special feeder, if you can find the special feeder you have a chance they will feed from it. normal feeders are not suitable for them.

I saw it straight away @Gail_68

@luciusmaximus I am thrilled to get one in the garden and for three years he comes usually one day and only for a few minutes, but this year he is coming more often and staying longer so the leaf mould I spread round the garden in the Autumn must have something under which he likes:biggrin: Where we used to live we actually had one nest in my Kilmarnock Willow and I got photos of the babies when they fledged. They are lovely birds to have and glad that you have one visit:smile:

@martin-f love your set up with the CCTV cameras and a good capture of foxy:love30:

@Gail_68 I have that problem at times, can’t see things right under my nose:biggrin:

@martin-f Shame that you can’t get a clear photo of that ring on the leg of the Bullfinch because if you could you can send off to the BTO (British Trust for Ornithology) and they would be able to tell you exactly in which country or area of the UK it was rung in and what year so you would find the it how far it had flown since being caught and rung:thumbsup:
