Advice about seedings please

Hello,
I've Nemesia seedlings growing in my greenhouse, it's my first time growing these. When pricking them out, do I plant them on in little bunches or single, I have 3 inch pots and cell trays.

In singles kerrygirl. I would not put in cell trays now preferring 3" pots. Dont prick them out too soon though.....wait for the "true" leaves to show first....i.e. A second set of leaves
