            Haha we had chickadee and chick also had sandwich and mayo, JFK and Jacqueline.. but the kids have settled on Pikachu and Lightning McQueen :rolleyespink:

                    Fresh start were doing the rehoming, Merthyr Tydfil (Treharris) was the pick up. Pretty sure they came from a "free range" farm in Sussex. Why do you ask @Beckie76 :smile:

                      I'm part of the admin team on the ex battery hen FB page...I thought they were ex batts. They are in good condition.
                      I've had ex batts (hoping to get some more soon) I've got 3 posh hens & 2 rescue bantums at the moment :) xx

                        Ah I see :) yes I was surprised when I saw them I said to the volunteer "bloody hell they're in good nick!" Then she said free range farm. I think there might be another rehoming the 13th with them.. I'll check and update you.

                        Ooh whats a posh hen?! I have 1 polish and 3 pekin bantams aswell.. they're not too keen on their new butties atm :fingers crossed: they'll settle down soon!
