Can we get back on theme for the thread as the last 14 posts are not about latest purchases. Off track is fine..........but not for too long.:dunno::snorky:

Thanks, BH.:love30::thumbsup: Too much off topic posts can act as though taking over a thread disregarding other members who want to stick to the subject.:dunno:

Not a problem, Gail, but it's not something I like to do, or should be doing, a little bit of awareness will make every member of the Admin's job easier.:love30::snorky:

If you want a good parasol cover this one is great...£10-54 with Amazons basics and the quality is thick and resembles a good canvas...plus a zip goes half way up besides a pull string...soon purchased one :)

Back to Wilkos we went in search for more pots and some trays to put them in. 40 pots and a carry tray (which is basically a cup holder, as it has no bottom to it) came to £3.20 each and the 52cm gravel trays were £2.80 each with our staff discount . The pots seem of a decent quality at 8p each, the tray they come in is a little flimsy (to my benefit later) especially when the pots have something in them. Can't fault the gravel trays though, really good quality and feels like it can handle even the clumsiest of garden bashing. Both the 52cm and the smaller 38cm ones can also be easily turned into propagators via the lids they also stock.

One slight problem, despite being advertised as being the same width, the pot trays are about one a half centimetres too long for the gravel trays. A little bit of bodge job DIY later (i.e. cutting the bottom row of the tray off) and it fits, with the bottom row down the side and even a handy little space to make it easier to water them.

Now, back to filling them with the begonias...

To top the day off, the greenhouse has just been delivered in all its flat pack glory. That's the Bank Holiday weekend job sorted.
