Potting bench from Aldi with free delivery
It has a galvanised top, hooks on the side and a couple of shelves top and bottom
It even has metal bits on the legs to stop damp
Not bad for £29.99 I thought

@BeeHappy we do have two HB stores on the island and funnily enough I was in one store yesterday. I didn't know they sold mugs.

I've recently bought three white Scabious, two Pulmonaria Victorian Brooch, four half price grasses ( £1.50 per pot ), four Lithodora ( heavenly blue ), one Erigeron Azure Beauty Online I have bought four more grasses and 25 Beech saplings for new hedge in front garden.

@Verdun the Hordeum Jubatum I bought from WCN are not looking to happy. They look like they might have died but could be just dormant ??

Firstly, nice grasses esp calamagrostis varieties .....lovely in mid summer :)

Secondly, is there no new growth on hordeum? When you received them were they green or have they deteriorated? Are they outdoors? My own...seed sown ones...are green but small and indoors.
If you have doubts, contact West Country Nurseries and just mention your doubts about them. At least then they will know from the start. Your grasses should have some new growth soon if not right now so I would give them a couple of weeks:)

Hordeum J. is a grass best grown from seed.....they germinate fast, grow fast and catch up with anything pot grown :)
