Overcast and light rain intermittently. Went outside about half hour ago and filled 3 70l compost bags with soil and weeds from from the front garden. Some of it I put in compost but most of it has weeds and seeds in it are that from docks and ragwort so not sure I should be shoving that onto the compost heap. Quite tired today, little enthusiasm for gardening, probably because I've done several days of fairly intensive gardening, particularly around pond area. Trying to motivate myself into going back out now rain has stopped.

Ill for the last couple of days, better today so of course it's been raining consistently since 8am :frown: Had a lot of outdoor jobs planned for the long weekend and not sure any of them are going to happen, looking at the forecast...on the plus side, have managed to bag a free powerwasher from a neighbour who is upgrading :snorky:

Oh the joys of a nice day in the garden :hapydancsmil:-The birdies are a singing.Still dry and mild here :love30:so far Ive managed to re-pot 10 Hardy Fushias that I bought as 9cm pot plants for the grand total of a £1.00 each at Morrisons :blue thumb: Now Ive overwintered them, they'll grow on in pots and hopefully be a splash of colour in the new shady nook and I'll plant them out in the borders in the Autumn. I've also re-potted 4 Dahlia's 2 Bishop of Llandaff 1 Mary Evelyn, 1 Anemone Polka....
4 down but still lots to re-pot ;) Now for a well-earned cuppa :coffee:

Rain stopped play sadly. All the tree stumps are out. I thought I would utilize the space to keep my pots together until I'm ready to plant them out properly. The pots were previously scattered around the patio. They are not in the way where they are now. The rain has now made the soil to heavy to move. Another day when it's dry I'll back fill the hole.

                      Indoor jobs today. Seed sowing:-
                      • Tumbling Tom tomato
                      • Cobaea Scandens
                      • Sweet Pea "Chartwell"
Moved the now sprouting seeds from the bathroom shelf to the Office and now the list above occupies the bathroom shelf.

For Mother's Day #2 son gave me the gift of a "Magic Bean"; today I potted it up :fingers crossed:
I also found something which came in my Christmas Stocking back in 2016 "Grow a 4 Leaf Clover" ... decided it was about time I potted that up too :heehee:

Rapidly running out of space, so having to be a little bit selective with the seeds I'm planting but hoping those I've started will do well enough to put on a show.

Busy, busy day in the garden. Very warm....maybe 16 degrees here in this walled garden. The weatherman said sun would be in limited supply but its been sunny from late morning . Hope he says same thing for the next few days :heehee:.
Had a week of rain and sun .....the rain overnight and the days of glorious sunshine so pretty good

Potted on more agastaches, fuchsias, dahlias and trimmed edges of front and back lawns :)

Got to step 21 of 50 of Operation: Greenhouse before the heavens opened. Hoping it blows over before it takes all the sunlight with it, otherwise we'll have to finish it off tomorrow.

Managed to make the greenhouse even more of a bargain as the louvre window we bought separately isn't compatible with the smaller model greenhouse that we went for, so that can be returned for our money back. Another £30 towards kitting out the inside.
