Wish I could blame the neighbour but he doesn't set foot in the garden. I think its just rubbish whats been dumped years ago, a lot get blown in as well. The Ligularia was hogging a mars bar rapper when I dug it up.

1st BBq of the season,. This entailed the family coming round and sitting in the lovely warm lounge . Meanwhile I was cooking outside on a perishing patio . 18 pork and leek sausages , 12 flat rib burgers , 12 corn on the cob. Luckily I had Molly (our cocker) and Bella ( step daughters cocker ) with me for company :wagtail: I do think they have a soft spot for me , could not possibly be the best pork sausages .....could it

Went and collected a small quantity of purple slate yesterday. Put a request on Freecycle and a lady had a few pieces left over from a flower bed. I'm hoping to get some more.

Tidied up one of the baths to make it ready for this year's planting and added a new layer of compost.

Sat on patio scoffing Thorntons Easter egg :wub2:

:rain: for most of today and winds, so won't be doing any gardening.

Good news about the slate  Hopefully you'll get a good response on Freecycle.
