              Roders i wouldn't have a clue mate..i know pigeons for definite :heehee: Ring doves / magpies / sparrows/ blackbirds and a few others but not many and after that i'm lost mate :scratch:

                ID please.
                Have put out niger seeds for the first time hoping to get back the gold finches that used to come.
                Our first visitors to these seeds are ?
                Siskins ,Greenfinches or Yellow Hammer.
                I do have difficulty identifying some of these birds.

                  Siskins, a pair same as mine although I now get upto 6, they love sunflower hearts equally.
                  the male has a black cap and the female has a more streaky plumage.
                  They are normally more tolerant of us than most other garden birds.
