Re watched a repeat of the SuperVet
There was a goldie who eventually had to have his back leg amputated because of a tumour that was spreading.

This reminds me of when my Mum and Dad visited my Brother in SA. The went to see the Zulu miners who perform their traditional war? dances in full costume such as it is!
All very good and impassive but the illusion was a bit spoilt when after the show the performers were spotted dressed in quite "sharp" suits driving off in smart cars. The compere of the show had asked the audience if they would tip generously as the dancers were very poor living in rondavils (traditional mud huts) with starving children to feed...hmm:rolleyespink:

When I was working out in S.A. this Zulu chief (he was a real chief) was actually a qualified barrister (qualified in England) and went home to S.A. in our winter. This is how the family dressed for tourists. :snorky:

            Deepwater Horizon

It's a true story of a oil rig in the US

I bought a amazon firestick the other day with little fuss and for educational purposes only its quite easy to load it with certain apps that allow you to watch basically what you want,

Anyhow i put Paddington 2 on for the grand daughter the other day it was very good worth a watch.

Yes that's a good film, I watched a clip of it on Mark Kermode film review, on the BBC news on Friday evening. He only reviews a few films.

@martin-f I haven't seen this, so I'll watch it later. :ThankYou:. I'll be interested to find out if they mention a little known fact about the darker, slightly gruesome side to :hhog:.

Hedgehogs have been known to attack chicks of ground nesting birds. They crack the chick's skulls and suck out their brains :hate-shocked:.
