What really naffed me of was, I recorded a film recommended in my TV guide. "Admission," 1.35 a.m Thursday C4. When I started to watch it I found it was signed. I wish they'd warn you in advance, I've nothing against them having this facility, but I find such films unwatchable with the distraction.

I looked in the RT and it's got (sl) after the discription of the film.
Maybe you should get another tv guide.:)

I don't think TV programmes are good enough to actually buy the Radio Times, I use the one that come with our daily paper.

It did say SL in the guide, when I checked later, but I just looked at the Film Planner which gives recommendations for films on each day and it just gave the channel and time. It wouldn't be too hard for them to add SL.

I can't do without my Daily Mail.

I have to do the quick crossword on the back, "it's my dementia test." (Sometimes I pass).

I only get the R.T. at Christmas, when they do a 12 issues for £1 from early November, you have to remember to cancel about week 9/10 though.
Otherwise the 57p one does me, frequently it is 2/3 days since I looked at it.

In May The Bridge (series 4) starts in BBC2 instead of its previous home of BBC4. Series 3 lifted an already brilliant series right up to the top of the pile alongside Spiral and The Killing. The only downside is that this is deffo the final series
