Good morning everyone. Well the lasering to my eyes a month ago has changed my sight in a big way so it means the information I have sent to the DVLA is wrong. I have had to do a letter to them to let them know because they are currently considering my application for an extension of my driving licence for another 3 years. Going to cost me another £279 for new lenses. Bit much every year. I am due to go for more lasering in a couple of months and in view of the change it has on my eyesight I think I will give it a pass. I shall have to go for the DVLA's visual fields test no doubt. Shall wait and see.

Have a good day everyone, stay warm and dry and above all things safe and well.God bless.:wub2:

No Shiney, the opposite, I cannot see so well and I am worried about it affecting my licence and if I am to have more lasering in a couple of months it may render my new lenses useless. Besides it bloody hurts big time!

                    Hello moyra,

It's all money mate and concerning your eyes...my mom had laser treatment on one eye and a full op on the other for cataracts and said both was a waste of time :)

                              Aloha everyone,

After working in the garden in yesterday's drizzle I shall, today, be working in today's drizzle. :blue thumb: Yesterday was made quite pleasant with robin staying with me all the time and chatting to me. :dbgrtmb:

We're now into the last month before Open Day and things start to get a bit hectic. :phew: Organisation is going well but implementation is not quite keeping up. :heehee:

Keep well and have a great day

Woo i think it's all down to the individual and their eye sight because of the years i've heard from others it's good and then total opposite with my uncle who had one eye done, then the laser had to be repeated :dunno:
