The extension pole is on order too but was out of stock.
I should have it in June.

Bought this Acer yesterday it had been neglected for a few years,

A quick ten minutes cleaning the pot and removing the weeds and small trees and pruning some dead wood its now looking like this,
        DSC_0732.bak.JPG

Ive decided to put it by the pond it makes a nice feature here the birds also bathe behind it, it will make a nice prop when i am photoing them.

Our Stella cherry has arrived and I've put it in a big tub.

"It's small but perfectly formed." Don't expect it to do too much for a couple of years.

            P1010580.JPG

The Morello cherry is "on probation." It may well yet have to go as there's really no room for it.

            P1010581.JPG

We're "over potted," there's really only room for two big tubs on the small patio and on the larger one there's the Mimosa in a really big tub and over a dozen roses etc., in ceramic pots.

Thank you Clare i love them, there was four pots another identical and two smaller ones all the same style, the three remaining one has a big acer and the two smaller one have just weeds in them,

They all would look great round the decking with a acer in each but there very very expensive,

The lady promised to save me them while next weekend i just need to talk the wife round when she recovers from the shock of this one  ive got to have them :).

Fingers crossed you can persuade her Martin - a set of four would be quite something! When I first looked at yours I assumed it was Chinese, now I think it's more likely to have come from Japan - very suitable for an acer!

An impromptu trip to garden centre yest to buy a couple of Ferns also yielded me four Anemones reduced from £5.99 to £1 each, a yellow Erysimum reduced from £.8.99 to £4.00 and a pink Achillea reduced from £8.99 to £4.00. The Anemones were quite tatty and droopy but still have some good flowers and even a few buds. I put them all in a large pot until I decide where to put them. This morning they have perked up and look much happier :).

                              Sorry just saw your question.

It's a pole cutter, strimmer, chainsaw and brushcutter.
The engine straps to my back and the extension pole is flexible.
