Hello @Barb in Pa :thankyou: so much of giving us the :wub2:pleasure of viewing your garden :love30:

It's a wonderful view besides the locations to walk and your plants are stunning also...hosta plants i'm beginning to really like as redstar a member as such a great collection of and seeing the many forms of colours they come in they're an out standing plant.

If you look at the last video @redstar star posted you'll see them in their full maturity.:)

That's nice when you know one another [IMG]….plus the same area and 30 different hostas :hate-shocked:
Hello mate...you want to add your video link into your signature part but name your video's mainly on hostas @redstar as their grow rate is out standing :love30:

[IMG]Barb, these two took my eye straight away...I feel the garden centre pulling me
My main question is if they get to big can they be trimmed back plus we have a lot of slugs and snails here...do they attract them :what:

You can cut the roots back to keep them small. That's why I have a"for sale" area in the back of y property. I cut them to keep things small, then either plant them somewhere else or pot them up for sale.

Slugs and snails do love hosta but there are some that are resistant. Also you may find an area in your garden that gets the most sun. Snails and slugs seem to stay away from sunny areas.

The property, I once lived at, was shaded and had slugs. I planted my hosta in a spot where there was sun all day and they never got eaten.
