Just in case my greenhouse toms have Early Blight, and after seeing my spuds I'm pretty sure they do, is there a treatment I can spray on them?

 

I am surprised you have blight on greenhouse tomatoes.

 

Hi again, Would this structure be ok for the tomatoes or should I do a different way with maybe a pole across the top?

I just tie string onto the greenhouse struts and tie them onto that

 

I've still got about a dozen bottles of it. Saw one on ebay for £29.99 There's instructions online on how to mix your own chemicals to make cheap Bordeaux mixture, like what organic farmers used to do before the Soil Association wouldn't accept DIY B.M. and before they then wouldn't accept any B.M. as organic.

I've also got a stash of old Dithane which some reports state as now being banned, but 'Dithane 945' is still being sold on ebay, and I suspect my older stuff is banned but is more potent. I only use it on tomatoes/potatoes being used for seed saving or competition, not for eating.

 

Once we'm out of the EU we'll make our own, call it Bridport mixture, get an appellation and refuse to sell it to France :rasp:

 

I can't tell from that picture, but are your plants very close to the glass? If the leaves are touching they could be scorched.

 

I'm going to make myself look stupid here but what are struts? Zigs lol
