I have to speak out and say. Friends I raise my hat to you all. Such great photos of your gardens truly are a delight to look at. Makes me wonder. Do some of you tend your plants with tweezers and a magnifying glass? Not a bug or blemish to be seen.

A well manicured lawn truly sets off a garden whatever it's size. No, I got rid of my lawn years ago. Reason being. A lawn dictates how you care for your garden. There are no ifs or buts about it. Neat edges are called for and regular mowing is a must. Various planting preferences, from single plants to cottage garden planting. You all do so well. Thank you for sharing. Please continue to enjoy your garden.

Another wild flower area :heehee:. Again, totally free, just cut grass once a year and waited to see what would develop. More Poppies have flowered since pic was taken.

Cow parsley ? by the boat seat. I have cut a path through to it and need to do a bit of pruning of the trees and paint the boat.
