    Hi, are these marguerites? they are in our neighbours garden and we want to get some for ours but are not sure what they are.

      I would say it might be a common daisy (Bellis perennis).

        Looks like erigeron to me Nigel62.
        They spread a bit. Ideally, get some pieces with roots on and pot up or grab a longer piece or two and root them....do this by usual cuttings or by laying on a tray of compost with nicks cut into the stems at intervals and pegging down :)

                      DSCN0040.JPG Some Erigeron in my garden - just for comparison :). Delightful plants and happily self seed everywhere. Really easy to grow and as Verdun says make a lovely Daisy wall.
