This is my humble opinion. The US cant spend any more time threatening North Korea with its joint war games with South Korea.

The ships and resources are now needed in the SouthChina sea where America is feeling threatened by a more assertive China.

The Spraty Islands,Paracel islands, Scarborough Shoal now have Chineses bases built on them and foreign fishing boats and aircraft are regularly warned to stay clear. This applues to the American
      Pacific fleet too.

Vast amounts ov world trade passes through this area daily, its a major source of fish for the entire region, and theres vast amounts if oil/gas under the sea bed too.

This is where the next big conflict will be. Usa versus China.

Year ....... Nobel peace prize goes to....... they both want it!
Which is a good thing. Better than pointless posturing we've seen.
          Just my opinion :)

Fat Boy (Rocket man) his people are in several generations into Marxism with that says, Rocket Man needs a way out to make himself look good, to bring his people to modern world. Did you hear how he does not leave his country only a few times. so this could be a hidden alternative to help his ego. His people only hear about all the negative out side of "their " world.

Nails squarely hit on heads chaps!

If it wasn't so demeaning I would be laughing. You can't create/inflame a situation and then expect the Nobel Peace Prize.
Mind you, since Aung Sang Suu Kyi received it the prize has become rather devalued.

@longk , that is precisely my point!
I won’t go into what I think about the pair of them because ...........
They both are egotists who want their place in history and ( in my opinion ) don’t deserve it...... either of them!!!!
However, they are heads of state now!???!
I pray they will do what is right, that is all a person can ask

Sorry about that Loki. The way that I quoted you did rather give the wrong impression.

Kim is understandably Koreas head of state as the people had no choice. But the Trump? With all due respect to any Americans reading this what on earth was going through their heads? A man who claims to be for the little man yet whose standard business practice is to bully and then stiff such people in his dealings. Clinton may not be a nice person (how many world leaders actually are?) but she was competent, does have a sense of social justice and has a capacity for man management that is totally lacking in the Trump administration which lurches from crisis to crisis with each sacking or resignation.

Killary ---competent, ???, She is a mental case, she is the devil in human form, the worse thing that could have ever happened to USA.

Trump is doing exactly what he said he would do, and being a CEO, going about running the country like a business, which should have happened years ago. His management style is wonderful. As American has spoken, we are glad he is there, and will be for 4 more years.

To the outside world - it looks like Trump simply sacks people if he doesn't like them or if they dare to take a view different to his own.

The US is the largest economy - but he's hacked off the second largest economy - in fact if you combine the economies of all the Countries he's hacked off - they are larger than the US economy - quite a dangerous thing to do IMHO.

When I have sacked staff it is none of the other staffs reason why, or I do not have to explain it in detail, and how it looks to others--they just need to get over it and move on. as long as my personnel manager can make it stick and have no future issues its a done deal. I don't care to know his detailed reasoning why he sacks someone, if they entered into a position with some false overview of their assets and they failed well so be it. any manager checks the "like" box at the door, bottom line can you do the job. Clean the swamp.

The following is not in any way intended to be provocative...............

I'm sure that I speak for others who read that - expand on this please.

To be fair he is rather struggling on his campaign pledges................

                            Trump-O-Meter: Tracking Trump's Campaign Promises

                            - The Washington Post

The US is not a business, it is a society. The requirements of a society are very different to business and a country cannot be run as a business. Whilst the economy is important ultimately it is the needs of society as a whole and the poor and needy in particular that must take precedence over the balance sheet and dictate social spending.

I don't think that questioning him, disagreeing with him or considering launching an investigation into him is any measure of an inability to do the job.

As I typed the above I watched the Trump talking to reporters. He boasted that he now has a good relationship with Lil' Kim - how can you have a good relationship with a man who trains anti-aircraft guns on human beings without trial just to protect your power? Trump himself has just told us all we need to know about his values.
