Good morning everyone. The longest day of the year already! I have to go for Barium Meal scan tomorrow morning at 9.00am. Shall be glad when it is all over.

Good day everyone
I am still sat in my jammies and will read the news before getting myself cleaned up and out the door to take grandson to work. He is staying with "Granbo" for a month or so. We are getting him back on track. He was living in Toronto with some friends and the house they were renting is being demolished to make room for 2 new ones. So, he's in my town now and it is to a new job, a new flat to come, etc. for him. Today is day 2 of his new job. He'll get ferried there by me for a couple of days and then he will need to start using the transit and find his own way.

I managed to find another person selling a push/reel mower. It is a bit wider than I might have liked but it works well and was half the price

@shiney sounds like you're going to be busy. @moyra I don't envy your next 36 hours but I sure hope that some solution is found to help you.

We have been promised a sunny, warm day and it looks like it might actually be so. This means I can open up the sun oven and start drying some siracha to make powder for spicing burgers.

Good morning everyone, already walked Amber and fed her breakfast. Steve was out to his club last night so is in no fit state to take me to the hospital in my car this morning. An injection I am to have will affect the glaucoma in my eyes so I cannot drive myself. I guess it is call a taxi time to get me to the hospital by 9 am.

Good day everyone
We have another morning of clear skies. We have been told that the clouds will be moving in and there's a 30% possibility of precipitation. That would be welcome but it is very rare to have it actually rain when the pop is 50% or less.

I've got a fairly aimless day ahead of me. I am waiting for fabrics to arrive for my next job and with it being too expensive to use electric from the grid, I don't do anything involving use of the vacuum or stove during the day. hmm, think I'll fire up the wood oven and bake some meat loaf and other things

@moyra I hope your test goes well. It is such an invasive procedure that I was glad to be unconscious throughout mine. A friend of mine had hers a few days ago and she claimed that the worst part of the whole thing was that the doctor was incredibly handsome
