Good morning all, yes thank you Shiney, the barium meal scans went well far more kinder than last weeks CT colonoscopy. I am kind of bunged up though keep taking Senna to try and pass it through my system.

Moyra, glad to hear everything went ok ...I've had both these tests in the past besides more and like yourself it took me a week for it to properly release through my system, yet other people can release it straight away.

Good day everyone
It is raining. Much needed free water, yeah! I hope that it stops by tomorrow morning because my girlfriends and I have plans to go to a Ribfest being held on the campus of one of our local colleges.

I will be visiting my son, the one that lives in a nearby city, not the one a few blocks from me, as he wants me to see what he has done with his gardens and outdoor sitting areas. I'll just grab my umbrella and enjoy the visit Think I will take my Mustang and give it a good little highway run as it doesn't get much mileage these days. I'll also take along some hot chocolate mix for my granddaughters and "dipping" marshmallows. These are weird long twisting marshmallows that I happened to see at the grocery yesterday.

Good day everyone
It is full cloud and pouring rain. My ribfest outing with my girlfriends is now cancelled. No point in walking around in 60f and rain with umbrellas. Certainly wouldn't be a festive time.

My show starts in a little over an hour so to cheers things up a little whilst my episodes are playing, I think I'll do a little baking. Things with lots of sugar and candied fruit
