I’m not sure @KFF . I saw the plant as a bargain but know absolutely nothing about them.

Apparently @Gail_68 to get it to reflower you need to let the water dry in the centre of the plant then place it in a plastic bag with a ripe apple for a week or so. The apple gives off ethylene gas which stimulates flowering.

When you have new pups appearing at the side and the parent looks like it is starting to rot leave it in place, don't pinch it out.

The pups feed on the rotting carcass of the parent so it is providing a useful purpose even if it doesn't look that good.

Gail, they're not outdoor plants in the UK they wouldn't survive the Winter. You're looking at an American website there.

I have no idea @Gail_68 i don’t really do house plants. I have a cactus and that’s it. I think I need to read up on this plant me thinks. I did buy indoor plant food today though.

Has anyone else got any of the Vivid Arts garden ornaments...I seemed to have amassed quite a few (some ducks still to be pictured) dotted around aptly positioned locations within my garden...It seems to become a little obsession...they are so lifelike and fairly priced..here are a few of my collection.
If you have any please post them up....

The oldest one I have is a tortoise (dont know if it actually fits in the garden but it belongs to her indoors and she likes tortoise's for some reason) anyway its been kicking around for about 4 years now and its still as good as the day she bought it...lol but if you feel Oswald would be safer indoors overwinter then just do exactly that..
