Lots of flying ants about so probably thunderstorms are on the way.

It is going to be in the 90f range for the next few days and I feel a bit red faced about what I did. We had a very cool spring so I was casting some spells and cursing the cold... guess I'd better get my book of spells back out and cast for more moderate temps...

In this circle that is earth,
I banish this, my spell and curse,
Scorching heat shall next week stop,
I vanquish scorch from killing my crop.. :rolleyespink:

I think I must be living in some kind of parallel universe or something, as everyone seems to think no rain for weeks on end is natural and normal  AND funny even! :dunno:

I am in my 40s and we NEVER had no rain for weeks on end when I was younger.....

There is nothing "normal" about the UK weather, Sally:dunno::heehee: No official drought has been declared even though here in Cheshire we're in our 11th week of no, or extremely low, rain fall.
If you look at it from another angle, we had the Summers of 2007, 2008. 2009, 2010 and 2012 being the wettest on record.:dunno: So, which is more desirable?, a prolonged wet, dull Summer?, or a prolonged sunny, hot Summer that most people will take advantage of, especially after a not "normal" period of prolonged, extremely cold weather such as the "Beast from the East". Me?, I'll take the long, hot Summers that bring out the Bees, Butterflies, and the flowers to feed them:hapydancsmil:

Well, we do have a lot of humour on GC as members always try to see the bright side of Life.

The temperature reached 74f, which is a lot cooler than the last few days. We actually had 1.5mm of rain:love30::hapydancsmil::hapfeet: during the night but, of course, that didn't even wet the ground in the way is needed. It's been cloudy all day with some dark clouds trundling along but apart from a few spots on the car windscreen, when driving, there's been no more H2O falling from the skies. Right now the temperature is 67f and the pressure reading is 1002hpa.:coffee::snorky:

Natural weather with balance, not a manipulated one, would be the most desirable.

But that balance would make it unnatural, Sally, wouldn't it?? Natural weather is whatever Nature, the Jet Stream, and our world climate "throws" at us.:dunno::snorky:

I've already tried to tell people on here that our weather is being manipulated by Gov and Military, but just get laughed at. The weather isn't controlled by nature anymore, sadly. It's now being traded as a commodity and controlled for an agenda & this is on a global basis.

You may think I am joking :snorky: but I'm deadly serious. :frown:

Anyway, if you search for my post a few posts above this one, you'll see the links to the weather modification history I put on and the military (US Air Force) PDF called 'Owning the Weather in 2025'
