Actually the Arctic isn't melting, it's gaining ice, a LOT of ice! It's a lie, but I don't suppose I'll be able to post a link to that either, as it's obviously being censored. The earth is heading into an ice age now due to lack of sunspot activity, a cooling period, not warming. You can google this yourself and see.

Well why do they show programmes plus on the news with it melting bad ...it makes you wonder sometimes who's telling the truth when your watching what they add

They said on the weather forecast tonight that in Lapland it was 34C today.
Normal average for this time of year is 18C.

Apparently the average temp for the last couple of months,in the UK, is only slightly below the 1976 average.
Now how many years have we been waiting to break the 1976 record, and I'm guessing 1976 was probably not a record as such.
While we have been getting hot weather I gather some parts further East have been getting our usually lousy weather, so its not really a change globally, more a redirection of weather.

Nature does that kind of thing, occasionally, but there will always be a budding scientist out there trying to find the cause, and adding 2 and 2 and coming up with 5 and then publishing his findings.

Dull start 61F so far but my god it's very :exhausted::fan:nice start to the day and we're going to have rain as the old joints are crippling me :rage:….it's bad at 50 to be an ancient codger

Tops 74F and probability of rain 40%

 

Of course there's such thing as climate change, the climate has always changed and always will, there's just no such thing as anthropogenic global warming and Trump knows that. Also coal power is good for keeping people out of poverty. So yes, Trump does actually have the world's interests at heart, more than you realise actually! Anyway, have a read of this.....

As for the sun, I'm by no means an expert! ....But this is what I have heard and read:

I think it's best to keep an open mind anyway and maybe do a bit of research into this, because really we need to be prepared for more winters like the one we just have just had, if the earth is cooling.

I don't mind the heat to much Sally as long as I don't expose myself to much and humidity levels don't drive me loopy regarding the plants they're regular
