@Verdun - yes it is. It`s the one with yellow leaves, will have to check out the name, memory is not what it used to be

 

There's loads of green men in churches, but only one with a name on.

We might have been converted but it was still pagans that were building the churches

 

Hahaha as your probably aware I like a few quirky bits and bobs around the garden..things you go along the boundaries and stumble upon...I dunno its just me....I got it from a lady on Pinterest or Etsy when I was actually still in the froes of building the greenhouse.

I wanted an end finial not just your regular mis-shaped diamond piece of wood...something that would tie in with the theme..I always was aware of the green man as a kind of pagan symbolism and what better way to utilise such a piece.. It arrived very well packed, its very heavy, frost hardy and attached properly. I love him tbh. I dont think it was overly expensive...see link for more details
