If you've got IBS should you be having that much veg? I know there's other complications, seriously mate, look after yourself

Tonight we are having, yes haven't had yet, the...... chickeny mushroomy thing.
It was concocted whilst camping and is a take on chicken fricasse. Delicious, especially in a dark field by Torch light!

 

I know and I do like sprouts but can't have them they kick flares off with my immune system
to be honest and here i'm having a moan on the wrong discussion ...sorry members

Foods I once loved have gone out the window, to swallow foods so they don't lodge have to be coated with some sauce even sandwiches, I can't afford to get dehydrated as it affects my organs bad, can't touch fruit affects my kidneys...I mays well myself an hole as I get depressed with the lot

 

Recipes for toms and chillies would be good I usually freeze chillies, not sure what to do with the toms? Any ideas, recipes would be good
