Sadly, it really was delish  All very bad for you and also all gone - the whole bleeding lot! The lemon rind and ginger was a new addition and really worked well. I should also add that dry fried/toasted sesame seeds were sprinkled over the finished dish.

At least if it's all gone you won't be tempted for breakfast, or is that just me

          Not just you!e left over
When there is something nice left over I seem to wake up a couple of times in the night for a widdle which usually involves a trip to the kitchen for a gobful of the leftovers :nonofinger:

Haha @longk , glad it's not just me :heehee:
I have been known to scoff bits of last nights dinner when I'm getting the butter for the kids breakfast

Sounds good, apart from me never using Pork belly, Coca Cola, Honey, Smoked paprika and Black Treacle :snorky: but I think Pooh Bear would have loved it. :)

Which make of Naga paste do you like? My favourite is Mr Naga - more flavour than the second best, Mr Vikki. Although I grow loads of Nagas I don't bother to make my own.

Mr. Naga here too. Far better aroma and a 'nicer delivery' of its fiery heat.

Mr Vikki products are all over in Cumbria ( my second home :wub2:, I wish ) but I've never tried them. Never heard of Mr Naga, would you recommend?
I love making my own but having a shortcut is always good :blue thumb:

                    Anyway, tonight is leftovers!
The kofta curry I lovingly made last night.
About the curry....... I woke this morning and it hit me  I didn't put coriander in the meatballs!! :yikes: I couldn't believe I'd missed this important ingredient :love30:
I tossed and turned, berating myself :wallbanging:, how could I forget gorgeous fresh coriander :noidea:
Then I woke up properly,......... so what I missed the coriander, did it taste good? Oh yeah!
Lesson to self........stop doubting yourself and be more confident :sofa:! :snorky:

I used to buy my Mr Vikki on Keswick market (was there yesterday) but Mr Naga is much tastier. You can check suppliers on line but I think that both Asda and Tesco sell it.

Edit: Did a quick search (slow search on my computer at the moment) and not sold by them! You'll need to search through Mr Naga website.

Steaks with diane sauce, green beans, onion, chilli, parsley and tatties :) Went down nicely for lunch after breakfasting on the Teenager's Sunday surprise triple chocolate brownie traybake.

Might have porridge with a glass of water for dinner :snorky:

@shiney , what the devil where you doing " up north" ?
I was in Keswick on Friday. Dropping my eldest off, he's working in borrowdale. I wish we could have co ordinated our trips!
We could have met for a coffee
