Bloody BBC.

Cant really understand why the top spot on BBC1 7 pm on a Sunday has turned into a kids time.
Doctor Who, total cr*ap,always has been always will be.
Most people I know only watch it waiting for the scenery to fall over.

Country file has been moved to an earlier time, although I must admit the content of that is getting slightly boring.

then we get the politics programme on Sunday, totally downgraded, apparently, I think, it is still on mid week??
But on Sundays, when most people can see it, we get the local programme for 30 mins then some rubbish where by a so called celebrity and up till now, a comedian, gives us the benefit of their personal opinion.
For god sake.

Antiques,more antiques,quiz's,singing and dancing,period dramas,eastenders and politically biased champagne socialist london biased news output.

"If you dont like it dont watch it " people cry!

But just remember to keep paying for it or they will send their thugs around to your door to harass and threaten you. If you dont pay up its jail time suckers.

Have to differ on that one, most of the new series have been really good, but not impressed with this latest one.

I used to enjoy a lot of the old series but never really cared much for Dr. Who. I like sci-fi but not this adolescent level. I did watch it with my sons when they were in their tweens... oh, the sacrifices we make...

Lots of really cheesy sci fi out there. Read Foundation by IA and am thinking I'd better read the other books that had originally gotten me impressed with this author. I must have been 12 when I got my first impressions of scientific visionaries. Hopefully I will find something in those to mitigate this feeling of disappointment.

That said, when I visited, I enjoyed the BBC1 news casts early in the morning. Their weather guessers are much better at keeping a sraight face whilst anouncing their predictions than ours

I don’t know what folks are whinging about, I thought the BBC’s coverage of the ‘66 World Cup final was brilliant

@pete they know most people stay in on a Sunday so that's why they put even more rubbish on tv.

Not a problem for me though, ten years this coming January since I scrapped the tv, but the BBC still contact us to check. Thieves!
