What were your best new plants of 2018?

    As the thread title says really, what were your best new plants of 2018?

    I'll start it off with the following;
    It was many years ago when I first saw Plectranthus australis 'Mona Lavender' at Oxfords Botanic Gardens and I wanted one! I tried to track one down for a few years but without success and then back in May I found one at the village plant sale! Nothing much to look at back then but as soon as I saw it I knew what it was..............

    It grew like crazy................

    Finally it came into bloom...................

    Quite simply my plant of 2018.

        Id have to go with tradescantia

        It isn't showy but it brought the tubs together around the back of the house

        Edit : or maybe the cana musifolia which put all of that growth on in one season (last pic)
