What is your favorite/most useful garden tool ?
Well basically it depends on what you are doing at the time.
I mean, I find secateurs useful, but not when I'm digging.
I find my old Dad's spade very useful, but not when I',m pruning, I could go on, but I'll spare you that.:lunapic 130165696578242 5:

My home made cultivator....I.e. a garden fork with tines bent at 90 degrees. Ideal for prepping veg patch prior to raking, for mixing compost into top soil and for breaking down clods of soil. :)
I also use another contrived tool to make furrows 4 x 3” apart .....perfect for sowing carrots, beetroot, peas and spring onions. :)

A skateboard. I can't imagine how borders next to a path were weeded before skateboards were invented. It's also very handy for fitting lawn edging and any job at ground level :)

I don't have a favourite, i just use them for the job they're made for and for sometimes jobs they're not made for , as i'm heavy handed i usally break them anyway, me garden fork has been repaired 4 times now, metal handle with plastic coat, but i do like me shedder (lost how many times that's broke)
