Brexit -am I stupid or what

@Loki - not so much a cliff edge, but I do think she is heading for the door. At one stage, I admired what I believed to be her tenacity, but more recently it has become apparent that she is only being stubborn and doing everything she can to get her own way, without producing the goods.

Has she had a hard job? Yes. But, that goes with the territory - if she wanted an easier job, then I am sure that there would be a branch of McDonalds somewhere hiring.

 

She should have bowed out months ago but here the PM is... still promoting her deal. Oh look, a dead horse!

There was mention of business leaders stating that investment in britain has fallen, projects curtailed or moved, money that would have otherwise been earmarked for britain has been placed elsewhere due to this ongoing brexit shenanigans. I suspect the same for the NHS workers mentioned earlier - people, the nation, need a definitive answer! It's been years and we still have no damned clue.
'Indicative votes' by parliament to see what's best supported and no chance of no deal. Just what do they think they can achieve in days what years have failed to do? Oh, and of course the PM has said she might not abide to their decisions anyway!

 

If all the MPs have decided they want a vote for the 'best', aka most acceptable, option then can we not demand the same? Not a 2nd ref, just a vote on a set of options. Frankly I don't think the whole of parliament is capable of getting this done.
An infant school project would have concluded this already!

 

I wonder, what would happen if we all turned out to vote and then all spoiled our papers?

I would expect the second hand car market to have a huge surge at that point! I read the article this morning but didn't actually see anything about the limit or how the feature should be implemented. If they're doing that they should probably look at the rate of acceleration of electric cars too; doesn't matter the top speed being limited, those buggers increase so fast they'll kill you straight out the blocks
