Awww ..you know you love it @shiney , doing it every year you definitely must!!

Yes it is pretty hectic at the moment here too @Flumpy . Both our gardens are a good fair size ,here of course I have hubs helping too but at my Dad's it's just me. Once all the plantings are done over the next month I will relax a bit. I just feel the responsibility a bit overwhelming...my fault I know as I suggested taking on his garden, promising him I would bring back some summer colour that has be a bit lacking since Mum passed away. Just didn't realise that ground elder had spread to every single part of the garden....no chance of eradicating it but maintaining a 'neat appearance ' takes up the majority of my time!

We'll get there Might post some pics eventually of his garden....just don't zoom it on the lovely ground covering greenery!!!

Hey upsydaisy do you need a gardener too?

 

Could do with a hand @Flumpy ....would one of the spare bedrooms do as I haven't got a summer house? Even so I can't guarantee it would be spider free !
