Curious to watch BOJO and Jeremy Hunt on ITV tonight ...Boris will be full of waffle and Mr Hunt will do his best to sound convincing..hey ho..another day in paradise..

No politicians out there to inspire me in any way.

As I dont get a vote, I cant see me getting over excited about the debate, I might have a look in to see what is going on, but the way I see it, we are going to get either more of the same from Hunt, or total disaster from Johnson.
Let the Tory circus comence, but I think a general election is not that far away.

The craven cowardice of BoJo over the Kim Darron affair confirms that if he gets the job we will become the 51st state of the USA (or a wholly owned subsiduary!).

 

Well at the moment we are the 28th state of the EU, so nothing new there.

Who is Kim Darron? is he Sir Darroch someone who was our chief bloke out in Washington that decided to write down his thoughts on a country he was ambassador to?

Just seems crazy, they write this stuff down and then cant work out why it causes a fuss when it gets leaked.

If he is unable to do his job anymore he has to go, not much point in him being there anymore.

As for Bo Jo, well, not on his side, I think the bloke is a prick but that is beside the point, the others were in denial if they thought he could carry on out there.

I assume pressure was brought to bear.

Can you imagine what the US Ambassador is privately saying about our bunch of idiots in charge, let alone what the European lot maybe saying, maybe more leaks are in order.

 

An ambassador's job is to inform the government about the regime in power of the country he/she is ambassador to. Sir Kim was doing his job. It was a confidential email that was leaked. Not his fault it was leaked. It was very wrong of whoever leaked it but as I see it, it was his job to inform the UK government of the competence or not of the Trump regime.

He was doing his job but I cant help wondering why they write it down, and then get upset if it gets leaked.
We all know that the airwaves are not secure, I just wonder on what planet these people are.
It certainly aint the same one as me.
No it was not his fault it was leaked, but he said it, so he cant do the job anymore, end of story.

I dont think anyone has been "chucked under a bus", we will be talking about "car crashes" and "banana skins" in a minute, from where do these stupid statements arise?
