I still think he will be forced to ask for an extension.
It's all bluster on his part.

Not saying that is wrong, just that we needed a bit more of that 3yrs ago.

I was actually undecided right up until the day of the vote. I was mostly leaning toward leave, but had moments where I also considered remain and I know for sure that Mrs C was the same (perhaps more remain leaning than I was). Since the vote, however, I (we) have become more and more entrenched in my views, and this for me is as much about democracy as Brexit.

If it's any consolation, I would if I had any influence :roflol:

Or maybe they can't believe how shambolically it's been handled by Westminster and are totally bemused?

Very likely, Noisette, but possibly because also of the EU's idiotic behaviour in only recognising a unfair, one sided, deal that was unratified as being the only deal, and then refusing to negoiate any other deal:wallbanging::wallbanging:. It's not a one sided shambles I'm afraid.:dunno:

Take a look at September 19th - 3 videos - before, during and after - what a sham.

Reminds me of the House of Lords - clocking in for 10 mins so that they can claim their daily allowance. Apparently Farage does the same thing.

Living on the Isle of Man at the time, I and the residents of the island didn't have the opportunity to vote in the referendum as it's not a member of the EU. If I'd had the option I would have voted to leave. Mr S on the other hand would have voted to remain so we cancelled each other out. Right now I would still vote to leave for many of the voiced opinions here. Mr S would also vote to leave but out of respect it's not for me to voice his opinion in a public domain.

I've posted a couple of times on this thread but prefer to read the discussion between others and acknowledge posts along the way.

Is this Brexit thing, competing with, 'The Archers'? as being the longest running saga/series?
Until a few days ago. I had a poor opinion of D. Rees-Mogg. I now respect him as being a very clever man, with principles. I'm sure it was he, who recently said. We should never have joined the EU in the first place.

Of course other countries are hanging onto us. Britain is, their bread and butter. Britain is, that hen that lays the golden egg.

Perhaps another mistake, apart from joining. The UK. Should at the outset the british isles have registered as. The United Kingdom. Thus encompassing Ireland, Wales & Scotland.

Looks like Labour is in another internal spat. Good on Tom Watson! Far better suited to lead that party in any event but I feel the Momentum group must be pretty slick to keep Corbyn in position. Wonder how long before a leadership contest?
