      Tweet yesterday from BoJo:

"New deal or no deal - but no delay."

Stay behind Boris - he will get us out on the 31st. Even the Surrender Bill can't stop him .

Sending a letter asking for an extension will make no difference - 31st we're out.:dbgrtmb:

            B. Hell. Isn't it time the Brits realized. We are the golden goose that lays the golden egg Get wise.

The original formation of the EU. Was a way to a means of staving off future conflicts, (wars) between the UK and mainly Germany. Thankfully this basic principal has worked. However the EU member countries have cashed in on this. Most have boarded the gravy train. Neer' mind, don't worry. The UK will cough up.

The UK have been conned since the start.
All this asking for an extension to leave. This reminds me of infant school days. Please miss. I need the loo. NO young man. You must learn to wait. Young Jimmy holds on and then he can't wait any longer. So. Young Jimmy wets/pees himself in class. He is chastised etc. But the moral of this scenario has to be.

We the UK have put in and taken out, supported and, demoncratically supported and waited. Now despite constant requests to be excused, agreements to leave. The form master/mistress still rejects our, your,my request to be excused, to leave the room. To leave the EU.

Being a forum member with certain legal qualifications. Might I ask Parliamnt to submit to the Eurpean Court of Justice. Is it/ might it be a misscarriage of EU law and justice that this mattewr is/has got out of hand. That said EU court should rule that the. EU has viciously and overpoweringly wrongfully blocked the UK from leaving the EU market.

              Couldn't agree more Mike.

Get out on 31st - prosper outside the EU - other member states will follow - the EU will go back to a simple trading block.

BoJo is the only politician who can get the job done - he will have my vote at the next election.

Also if other member states decide to leave it's a fact they won't get the hard time we've had for sure .As I posted many moons ago 'the EU were desperate to make an example of us as so as to scare others off.I do believe 'others' will get an easier ride than we've had as the EU haven't as much to lose with some states..

Papers and news stories abound throwing bullets at Bojo today, some alleged story of HM going to fire him. Load of rubbish.
This last few weeks is going to be painful

I tend to think that apart from us all the other countries are pretty much stuck, the EU has wrapped them up by making them join the euro.
We didn't, thank God, so they came up with the back stop, basically the "Irish problem", and they have used that against us, knowing it would cause massive divison in the UK.

Can you imagine the problem there would be for a country like eg. Italy having to go back to the Lire.

You Do Know we'll be in economic sxxx street if we leave the EU?

The car makers are already showing the way. A UK-built car, made of a high % of UK-made parts, will attract tariffs just to cross the channel. Ditto this for everything we produce.

So if car makers want to build cars for Europe, they'll build them in Europe. Ditto this for everything they produce.

I see where you're coming from Green Knees but IMHO the motor trade has been slowly
going down the pan long before 'Brexit'..but any excuse to blame 'Brexit' doesn't wash with me. I'm afraid.

No one has any concrete evidence of how the economy will perform after brexit or if we stay in EU, it’s all just theories. Stay or go there are tough times ahead. car trade has been declining for decades and manufacturing is in a perpetual cycle of good and bad. Some car manufacturers may be moving away but which business is moving in? There is ALWAYS something to fill a void with the exception of a politicians head.
For the sanity of the country we need to finish this process, enough damage has been done to our political system for several lifetimes and we all want to move on.

Well, the CBI are convinced that Brexit will have a devastating impact upon the UK economy - they also warned of the same devastating impact if we didn't join the Euro.....

What about the dire consequences of a vote to leave as spouted by Dave and Ozzy - armageddon - food supplies gone - rabid zombies roaming the streets.....

We flourished before we joined the EC - we will do so again.

If you want a new car after Brexit go for a Hyundai or Kia - we already have an agreement with South Korea for zero tariffs on their cars.
