        Heating was fixed very quickly, 15-20 minutes. Half a dozen thumps with a heavy spanner on the motorised valve in the loft fixed it. No charge. :blue thumb:

        I'm helping run a charity event this afternoon to raise money for a local hospice. We hope to raise £600 - £700.

        Raining at the moment but I hope it stops soon. Lewis the garden is due to turn up, was not well last time, and hasn't been for a month. Lots of heavy work for him to do.

          Hoping for a quieter day today as I was also out all day yesterday too. Although it's blue skies and sunny at the moment we have a weather warning for heavy rain later!. So we will just go with the flow!!:)

            I've already had a busy morning. Did some tidying in the garden, been shopping and started prepping for the students today. Summerhouse vacuumed and heating put on. Table for lunch laid and pans and plates ready. Some of the food partially prepared and allergies taken into account.

            Birds fed. Sarafi bothered to come out of his heated propagator in the greenhouse to inspect all my outside work. I got a miaow of approval. :blue thumb:

            Just woke up hubbys gone to work, it’s very cold here so heating is on straight away! I’m doing a good clean in the house today then popping to let my mum try her new coat on, hope it fits.
