what is this critter found on medlar branch?

the title says it all - is thing harmful or not?

Dont think so shinny but there a resemblance lol it does look like a woodlice and the woodlice eggs are tiny white dots so it could be a mommy woodlice carrying its eggs

 

The critter apears to have some kind of tail, also what looks like a snout similar shape to a hedgehog. Between the ? tail and the 'doily thing or eggs, a resemberance of a tiny toed foot.
RHS quote. Woodlice produce eggs in spring and these are retained inside the female’s body until they hatch. The newly hatched woodlice, known as mancas, are kept in a brood pouch on the underside of the female for a few days before they disperse.

 

@karaman a sharper photo would help.
However it could be a moth pupa overwintering and trying not to attract attention.
