Not for much longer if his constituents get their way! They want him out.

….And they're making sounds about independence now too.

It didn't really matter who I voted for with the SNP having it all wrapped up here, but it was worth a shot going against the norm.

Sheal, I don't think that's right at all.

2017 he had a majority of 5,915 and took 40 % of the vote.

2019 he had a majority of 9,443 and took 48 % of the vote.

So, if his constituents want him out why has his majority increased by around 60 % ?

It was in the local news recently.

His constituents have become increasingly unhappy with him. He's done very little for the area and has concentrated on his own career and the status he holds as an MP. Another one that thinks he's 'bigger' than the people he is supposed to be supporting.

That's the problem, Scotland, Wales and Ireland see Westminster as the English parliament.
If England had its own maybe attitudes would change.
England could keep Westminster and the British government could sit in some other place.

Oh no! We've only just got rid of loads of politicians, an extra parliament/assembly will provide them (+ partners, children, etc.) with the opportunity of getting back on the payroll again (after collecting enhanced redundancy payments + pensions from previous jobs).

Nope, that's why I asked "will there be another GE" at the polling station

I may even look at buying one of them houses above just to get away for some people!!!

I expect those Nasty Russians were involved in Boris winning, there will be calls for an investigation.
I mean, the name Boris sounds a bit Russian to me anyway.;)

Looked up the numbers, there was a really wide range between Boris and the other guy.
