She lost her seat, so is now just a citizen - I would say a normal citizen, but the word normal could never apply to that harridan.

 

The pound has dropped slightly (I said it would ) after the euphoria high of the exit polls.

Rather astonishingly the CBI are now backing Boris. They had been against him up to now. They're also saying that they just want the deal done quickly so that business can settle down and do some proper planning.

 

It's the noise she makes, it's very irritating, and trying for headlines

I see the Trump has been impeached... and nothing will happen that will damage his chances of re-election! So similar to this country where parliament was paralysed by opposing sides until the election

 

She has her agenda, the nasty little witch. Boris won't be swayed but there may be other avenues to enable her to have a referendum even if it's an unofficial one. Hopefully that will blow up in her face pdq so she finally buggers off.

I'm also amazed at how Diana Abbot kept her seat given her crystal clear ineptitude

 

Well, he definitely wasn't a happy man this morning at the Queen's Speech, and you could see that he wanted to be somewhere, anywhere, than where he was walking alongside the Prime Minister.



Still, he knows he's got a job if they ever restart a new series of Steptoe and Son.

 

No-one else wanted him there either but the obstreperous agitator just bimbles about being in the way. He can leave any time he wants and the sooner the better
